We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our crew.
What you'd do:
- Developing design standard system
- Applying brand guides to digital products
- Prototyping and wire-framing
- Creating user flow
- Developing new features in existing products
- User research and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with FE and BE team (in-house developers)
- Simple design tasks (such as social media posts)
You're probably a great fit if...
- You bring 2–3 years of UX/UI design experience in digital product development (clearly shown in your portfolio)
- Collaborating with development teams on complex projects in an agile setup feels familiar
- Figma is your go-to tool, and you're comfortable using Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects
- Best practices for web and mobile design—like information architecture, interaction design, and UI principles—are second nature to you
- You’ve worked with research methodologies such as user personas, user flows, and both low- and high-fidelity prototyping
- You're a team player who can also work independently when needed
- Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility guide your work
- Growing your skills and staying curious is part of your mindset
- You're fluent in English and a native Croatian speaker (our team is based in Zagreb)
