Back-End Software Developer
MEDIUM/SENIOR POSITION

We’re looking for a Back-End Developer with strong Ruby on Rails or Elixir experience to join our crew.
What you'd do:
- Build robust APIs using Ruby on Rails and/or Elixir
- Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to ship reliable, secure, and scalable features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Help shape the architecture of our systems and continuously improve performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to CI/CD practices
You're probably a great fit if...
- Have 2+ years of professional back-end development experience
- Are experienced with Ruby on Rails and/or Elixir, PostgreSQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Are comfortable in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly in English
- Value clean code, constructive feedback, and humility
- Are curious, thorough, and laid back when it’s not working hours
